Otsuka (Philippines) Pharmaceutical, Inc. (OPPI) has once again been recognized as Great Place To Work®, marking its second consecutive year of certification. This achievement highlights OPPI’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment for its employees.

The Great Place to Work survey was conducted from October 15 to 29, with participation from nearly 200 employees and an impressive 96% response rate, reflecting strong employee engagement and trust.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Further reinforcing its dedication to excellence, OPPI successfully completed its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System audit in December and was officially certified on December 13, 2025, just before the Christmas holidays.
